Administrative Hierarchy of the VIP
1. Triumvirate (Senior member between the Patriarch or Matriarch; VIP President; Patron)
i) Role: Impacts upon policy, protects the interest of the VIP.
2. Matriarch & Patriarch (VIP members elected by the Triumvirate)
i) Role: Guides policy; determines philosophical vision for the VIP.
3. Patron (A corporate VIP member contracted by the VIP; incumbent Capital Ventures Ltd)
i) Role: Provides Corporate Identity & Resources; Sets, Interprets and supervises the implementation of policy; resolves conflict.
4. Board of Managers (VIP Members appointed by the Patron)
i) Role: Overseers Policy and Operations, Protect the interest of members, monitors performance.
5. Manager (A corporate VIP member contracted by the VIP; incumbent Mediserv International Ltd)
i) Role: Provides Corporate Identity & Resources, Operations management; fulfills the objectives of the VIP, risk management, human resource development and community development.
6. Wellness Manager (A corporate VIP member contracted by the VIP; incumbent Salubrity Ltd,)
i) Role: Provides Corporate Identity & Resources, Operations management; fulfills the objectives of the VIP, marketing, event management, relationship management, human resource development and community development.
7. KREW (The general human membership of the VIP, self-organized by Community Committees into respective hierarchies to execute their desired Wellness Goals)
i) Role: Operations management; fulfills the objectives of the VIP; Achieves personal and community objectives.
a. GeoNet (hierarchical network of Krew Members organized by geopolitical space),
b. MentorNet (Network of mentors, Includes Krew Captains of GeoNets and Krew Chiefs of Mobilization Krews).
c. SaluNet (A network of service providers, Includes Socai Coach and Socai Instructor),
d. Krew Member (Any member of the KREW)
8. Community Committees: (These do not belong strictly to the administrative hierarchy of the VIP.)
a. Generic Community Committee (any group of members gathered together to discuss or transact the business of the KREW)
i) Role: Promote the interest of the VIP
b. Vocation Community Committee (any group of members gathered together to transact the business of the KREW with respect to any specific vocation)
i) Role: Promote the interest of the VIP
c. Mobilization Krews (Any group of members gathered together to fulfill any Wellness Project)
i) Role: Promotes leadership by empowering individual members to become proactive to do for themselves, what they want done, and to do it by and for themselves.
d. Mecca Caucus (A Community Committee of members and entities who may or may not be members of the VIP)
i) Role: Promote the interest of the VIP worldwide and develop relationships and strategies to realize the vision of Trinidad & Tobago being the Mecca of Medical & Wellness Tourism of the World.
