It was nice chatting with you yesterday. When I said I was sceptical I meant that you rarely find groups that operate like how the 5 o'clock Krew does. The willingness to assist, the motivations to be encouraged among other things.  In most cases you find when you join a group everyone is about themselves but not this group. This is why I also stated I have not regretted it since. I hope this brings some clarity on the matter. KREW LOVE

LOL well hope you really slept well. I am from San Fernando so I attend the Tuesday session at Skinner's Park. I could just imagine the excitement, I have started my degree course at Cipriani so i will miss my evening workouts with you guys now as I am free only on a Thursday but I am still committed to losing weight and becoming fit so I will stay in touch.

I must say i was a bit sceptical joining this group and after the first KREW workout I would say I have not regretted it since. I enjoy reading your articles which is very motivational for someone like me. I also talked to some other persons to join cause the 5 o'clock Krew really makes a difference. Most mornings when i get up especially on mondays and thursdays I can't wait to see what Alex would have us do on that evening that I started to show my mom at home so that she could get into the routine as well. Thank you for the acknowledgement. I like the aerobics that's being offered right now and I think that along with my diet is working wonders. I've already lost 25lbs over 2mths (with lots of cheating lol) so something is working. I think that the group setting is marvelous and that maybe members interested in weight loss could also benefit from a diet discussion session.

I love to exercise and I truly enjoy the instructor at Eddie Hart's ground. I live on the East West Corridor, I finally bought my jersey and decided to check out the link on it, so here I am. I think that this is a wonderful initiative and I truly hope that it continues.
