Am not hearing from you. I know you may be quite busy with your degree programme. Are you making the time to get in a little exercise?. i know i mentioned to you about forming a GeoNet Krew for the purpose of engaging in some form of physical activity. I can put you on to the person who can assist you in bringing your group of people together. Her name is Afiya Bernard. She would liaise with you
Thank you so much being an advocate and for understanding the philosophies of the krew Your interpretation of the Start & Stop Syndrome is quite accurate in that it does not only affect you in your exercise routine alone, but is also seen in almost everything you do. Start & Stop Syndrome is manifested in your inconsistencies, procrastination, lack of will power and many more. However, I want you to remember that your fellow krew members and the support that is given through your involvement with this phenomenal movement, is integral in combating this deadly syndrome. Let’s work together and also invite our friends and family to join our movement.
I have noted that you said you have started your degree at Ciparani and as a result you would not be able to attend the session at Skinners Park. Alana, I commend you for taking your academics to a higher level, but remember you are not alone since you became a member of the Krew. You are now in a position to connect with your fellow Krew members and form a GeoNet Krew and continue to exercise at a time thats convenient to your group.
I would definitely love to tell you more about forming a GeoNet Krew and how it can benefit you as a member.
Congratulations on educating yourself. The philosophies of the KREW will be helpful in keeping you focused. The Start & Stop Syndrom (3S) is seen in everything we do, and impacts on your studies too.
The Philosophies of Life and support system of the KREW works to help you to combat 3S.
By the way, you did not tell me your impressions of the Philosophies of life. I am currently discussing them on Talk City 91.1 and will be doing so this Wednesday at 10.00am. My next topic will be on the Philosophy: Result Is All That Matters!
I am sure you will agree that with respect to your studies, results is all that matters!
Weight management is one of the four Wellness Activities recognized by the KREW when managing your Wellness Lifestyle.
If you click on this link to the Philosophies of Life of the KREW, and you go down to item D on the list, you will get a better understanding of where it fits into your Wellness Lifestyle. Later I will introduce you to the KREW's free online tool, called the CIS Database, where you can record and manage your weight and your diet, so that it will not get out of control. I assure you that you will love it!
