I wanted to start a discussion about exam help services and how they impact students’ mental and physical well-being. With increasing academic pressure, many students turn to these services for support—but are they actually helpful in the long run?
On one hand, they can reduce stress and save time. On the other, they might create dependency and affect learning habits. I’m also curious about how this connects to overall health—less stress vs. less genuine engagement.
