 f weekly informational programmes that are created by the KREW. The ot
 her programme is entitled \"Trini Solution!\"\r\nThe first helps you t
 o prevent sickness, while the second deals with solving our problems.\
 r\nBoth promote KREW interests, philosophies and the Wellness Activiti
 es of its members.\r\nThese programmes compliment all KREW activities,
  including the Relationship Matters ezine, the 5 KREW Platform, the CI
 S Wellness Database, the Community Committtees and the local GeoNet K
 rews that operate within local communities.\r\nThey are important forÂ
  growing the KREW's membership.\r\nHowever this programme will be a ma
 jor contributor to deliver Wellness Coaching concepts principles and p
 ractices to members and the public. All will be coached about how to 
 form themselves into GeoNet Krews (i.e. groups of 2 to 5 persons in th
 eir office or communities) gathered together for the purpose of suppo
 rting each other in their common Wellness Vocations.\r\nAs a loyal sup
